The kids consume loads of dairy – if they had their way, every meal would have cheese on, would be accompanied by a large glass of milk and followed with some yogurt! So, we’ve been trying out a few non-dairy milks to see if we can swap out a bit of dairy.
If DH had his way we would be having coconut milk in everything (he loves this blueberry smoothie), but I thought that this week we would try oat milk in this raspberry smoothie and were pleased to find it tasted just as good as it looks!
Raspberry Oat Smoothie
- 0.5 cup oat milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 0.5 cup frozen raspberries
- put everything in blender and blitz!
