We’re having a bit of a thing with smoothies at the moment, especially coconut milk ones!
I didn’t want us to have the Blueberry Coconut Smoothie we’d had before, as I was planning to have blueberries with our American Pancakes, so thought I would just miss out the blueberries & have a plain banana one instead.
Everyone loved it & we will definately be having it again!
Banana Coconut Smoothie
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 14oz can coconut milk
- 0.5 tsp maple syrup/honey/etc
- put everything in blender and blitz!
