Greek Bananas

ImageI was reminded the other day about Cousin Clare’s Banana Dessert – which then reminded me about this. So simple & so very yummy. We had it after Greek Salad, & both the girls loved it (note the impatient spoon in the photo!)

Greek Bananas

  • Servings: 1
  • Time: 5 mins
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients (per person)

  • 1 banana
  • greek yogurt
  • a squeeze of honey
  • flaked almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. slice the banana into a bowl
  2. spoon over the Greek yogurt
  3. squeeze some honey & sprinkle some flaked almonds on the top
