Leek, Sweet Potato And Pea Puree

From AK‘s “New Complete Baby & Toddler meal planner

Ingredients

  • 50 g leek, washed and sliced
  • 400 g sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g frozen peas

Method

  1. Put the leek and chopped sweet potatoes in a saucepan.
  2. Pour over the vegetable stock and bring to boil.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the peas and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Puree in a blender.
