quorn chilli (slow cooker)

Slow Cooker Quorn ChiliAfter the success of my slow cooker spag bol, I thought I’d try the same thing with chilli

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pack quorn mince
  • 2 tins kidney beans
  • 4 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 2 low salt stock Cubes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 0.5 tsp chilli powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin

Method

  1. The night before, put all ingredients except for one tin of tomatoes in slow cooker & stir well.
  2. spread the remaining tin of tomatoes over the top.
  3. In the morning, put on high
  4. eat for lunch

    1. Gosh, I haven’t made this for so long I can’t remember!
      I would guess 4-6 depending on appetites, I would pop any leftovers into the freezer for a quick dinner another day!

  1. Like for how long this is so basic it was pointless in it even being written this isn’t even a recipe just plain lazy how is anyone to follow this crap
