wow – finally I have got DD1 to eat a wrap! I don’t understand why she’s refused them for so long (especially as she eats them at nursery) – perhaps it was the lure of the spready cheese, or the excitement of me getting out my special chopper?

ingredients for 1 child

  • 2 wraps
  • spready cheese or hummus

some random chopped or grated veg such as

  • avocado
  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • red pepper

really?  you’re reading how to make these?!

  1. cook the wraps (i prefer them done in the oven, but it does seem a little ridiculous to heat the oevn up for 2 wraps
  2. put stuff in wrap
  3. wrap
  4. eat
