Falafel & salad


Some falafel

Some salad:

  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber

Some dip:

  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Dried mint

some bread

  • Pitta bread


  1. Cook the falafel
  2. Mix the mint & yogurt together at least 30mins before serving
  3. Prepare the salad
  4. Serve
