Half a pack of quorn chunks
3 peppers
Spices ā€“ paprika, chilli powder etc


Mix the spices with some water & pour over the quorn chunks
Pre-Heat the oven for the wraps
Chop the peppers
When the oven is heated, put the wraps in
Put the quorn & the marinade in a pan & cook
Add a third of the peppers
When cooked, add a big squeeze of tomato puree missed with water or some left over tinned tomatoes

Vegetarian. One husband, Two cats, Three kids.
